What rights of disposal exist for the purchased land?

The land is purchased by our three sister foundations in Germany, Canada, and Peru through land registry entries. This means that Wilderness International has sole rights of disposal. Our statutes stipulate that the land must remain untouched and may only be visited for research and documentation purposes. It cannot be resold. The foundation concept prevents the rights of disposal of property from being held by a single person. Rather, the foundation and thus also its land always belong to all the people involved in the foundation at the respective time.
