What rights of disposal exist for the purchased land?

The land is purchased by our three sister foundations, Wilderness International Germany, Wilderness International (Canada) and Wilderness International Peru via land registry entry. Thus, the sole right of disposal lies with Wilderness International. Our statutes specify that the land must remain untouched and can only be accessed for research and documentation purposes.It cannot be resold. The foundation concept ensures that the rights to manage the property do not rest with a single individual. Instead, the foundation, and therefore its land, always belongs to the people engaged with the foundation at any given time.
