How will the maintenance of the land be financed after the purchase?

All long-term and future costs are already included in the donation for protection per square meter. The costs after the land purchase are comparatively low, e.g., for the salaries of forest rangers in Peru or for expeditions for monitoring, research, environmental education, and communication. We already finance most of the property taxes for our nature reserves from the annual returns on Wilderness International's capital stock.
