Why can't I see my donation receipt in my donation details in the donation portal?

In principle, you will receive a donation receipt for every donation. An exception is the code donation. Here you have received a code from one of our partners, which you have used for your donation. In this case you will not receive a donation receipt from us, but from our code partner.
