When will I receive the certificate and donation receipt for my conservation subscription?

For your first donation, you will receive your certificate to download directly after completing your donation. We will also send you your certificate directly by e-mail. The donation receipt for your first donation will be available for download in the donation portal after 8 weeks (56 days). We will send you an e-mail with a link when the time comes.

After that, we will send you an email at the end of January each year with a summary certificate and contribution receipt for all of your donations from the previous year starting with the 2nd donation.

By the way, up to 300€ you don't need a donation receipt for the tax return, the bank statement is also sufficient.

By the way, if at the time of creating the summary certificate for your permanent donation the region selected for this purpose is no longer free, we reserve the right to assign your donations to a nearby region in the same country.
