When will I receive the certificate and donation receipt for my conservation subscription?

For your first donation, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with a link to your certificate. The donation receipt for your first donation will be available for download on the donation portal after two weeks. We will send you an email with a link when it is ready.

After that, we will send you an email at the end of January each year with a summary certificate and contribution receipt for all of your donations from the previous year starting with the 2nd donation.

By the way, up to 300€ you don't need a donation receipt for the tax return, the bank statement is also sufficient.
