Why during school hours?
In preparation for the fundraising run, the students learn about the ecosystems of temperate and tropical rainforests in our lectures and are informed about conservation issues in their complex, global context.
By participating in the wilderness run and the associated sponsor:in search, the following skills are practiced according to the educational goals (curriculum Saxony, high school):

- Environmental awareness

- Willingness to take responsibility
