Why can't I download my donation receipt?

Your donation receipt will be available for download two weeks after your donation. If you have taken out a subscription, you will receive a donation receipt annually rather than monthly. This will be available on January 31 of the following year.

Please do not forget to add your registered address so that you can download your donation receipt. You can edit this information using the small pencil icon. If you have already donated and provided your address, you do not need to do so again.

Good to know: If the amount donated is less than €300, you can alternatively use the bank statement for your tax return.
