How do I receive my donation receipt?

Two weeks after your donation, you will receive a notification from us with a link to your donation receipt. Like the certificate, this is available for download on the donation portal. Alternatively, you can also request request a link to the donation portal, which will be valid for 30 minutes. In the donation portal, select your donation, click on "Your documents" and then on "Receipt" in the menu at the top left. Please do not forget to add your registered address to complete the process. You can edit this using the small pencil icon. If you have already donated and provided your address, you do not need to do so again.

If you have taken out a donation subscription, you will receive a summary donation receipt for your donations from one year on January 31 of the following year. 

Good to know: If the amount donated is less than €300, you can alternatively use the bank statement for your tax return.
